Willie Yao is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and developer experience across multiple companies. Currently at Notion since September 2021, Willie Yao runs and contributes to various engineering groups to scale the platform for millions of users, focusing on enterprise features, integrations, and infrastructure. Previously, Willie Yao served as Head of Infrastructure at Airbnb, directing initiatives to enhance developer experience and infrastructure efficiency. Willie Yao has also held leadership roles in managing engineering internship programs and has contributed to key projects that established robust developer tools. Willie Yao's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Harvard University.
