Ben Bushby

Ben Bushby is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people experience and recruitment. Currently serving as Head of People at Not On The High Street since October 2023, Ben previously held key roles such as People Experience Director and Head of People & Culture at Organic | Certified B Corp UK from November 2019 to October 2023. Prior to that, Ben worked as Recruitment Manager at Liberty Optical Recruitment and held various recruitment positions at Specsavers. Ben holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management and a degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England.
