Elliott Connell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of People at Not On The High Street since September 2025, Elliott previously held the position of Director of People Experience at Reachdesk, where strategic leadership in navigating complex business restructuring was demonstrated. Prior to Reachdesk, Elliott contributed to Amazon as EMEA HR Regional Partner, offering tailored HR consultations to over 20,000 leaders and launching operations in new warehouse locations. Earlier roles include Senior People Partner at Reachdesk and various HR positions at the Financial Ombudsman Service and Students Union University of Greenwich. Elliott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich.
