Dawn Lealos Butler

Dawn Lealos Butler, MPS, currently serves as the Head of People at Notorious Studios, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Dawn held the role of Director of Human Resources & Facilities at Konami Digital Entertainment from October 2015 to October 2022. Dawn's extensive experience in human resources includes positions such as Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Office Manager/HR Administrator at Namaste, Inc. from January 2005 to October 2015. Early in the career, Dawn worked as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Novartis from 2002 to 2004 and as a Biochemist III at LabCorp from May 2000 to December 2001. Dawn holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
