Kathy Donaldson is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in leadership and clinical consulting. Currently serving as the RNC MMQ QAPI at Notre Dame Health Care Center Inc. since February 2022, Kathy previously held the position of DNS at Mary Ann Morse Health Care from 2014 to April 2022. Kathy's career also includes a role as RN Director of Nursing at PANRC from February 1999 to July 2012, where management of all aspects of the Nursing Department was a key responsibility. Earlier in Kathy's career, from May 1995 to February 1999, a role as a Registered Nurse at ADS involved providing consultation to long-term care facilities to enhance clinical outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
