Stefanos Nachmias

Stefanos Nachmias currently serves as the Head of Department at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, since July 2023, after holding the position of Deputy Head of the Human Resource Management Department and Senior Lecturer in HRM since January 2015. As a course leader for a CIPD level 5 accredited undergraduate program in Business Management and Human Resources, Stefanos has demonstrated strong academic leadership. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Senior Lecturer in HRM and Head of Programme for the MA in Leadership and Management at York St John University from January 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included curriculum development and quality assurance. Stefanos also worked as a Part-time Lecturer in HRM/OB at Leeds Metropolitan University from October 2008 to January 2011. Academic qualifications include a BA in Managing International Hospitality, an MA in International Business, and a PhD in Business and Management, all obtained from Leeds Beckett University, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education.
