Claire Heddles is an experienced journalist currently serving as a Politics Reporter for NOTUS since September 2023. Previously, Claire held the position of Enterprise Reporter and General Assignment Reporter at WJCT Public Media from August 2021 to August 2023. Claire's career also includes roles as a Reporter and Morning Edition Host at WUOT, and as a National Desk Intern at NPR. Prior to that, Claire was a News Editor and General Assignment Reporter at USC Annenberg Media, and worked as a Reporter for KXSC Radio. Claire started the journalism career as a Breaking News Video Producer at The Advocate and also served as a Project Manager and Copywriter for Small Green Door. Academically, Claire earned a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with minors in Economics and Global Studies, from Azusa Pacific University.
