Taryn Ferguson

Taryn Ferguson is currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at Noumi, where responsibilities include providing P&C partnering services to the Shepparton Operations, focusing on employee relations, performance and development, site training, and engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Taryn worked at SPC Global as a Human Resources Advisor and Officer from October 2021 to June 2023. Taryn also has experience as a Justice Officer with the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria from November 2020 to October 2021. Taryn holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources from GOTAFE, completed in 2019.
