Food Scientist - Dairy at Nourish Ingredients

Isabelle Lacroix, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the food science industry, with a focus on identifying and characterizing bioactive peptides derived from dietary proteins. Isabelle has held positions as a Food Scientist at Nourish Ingredients, a Research and Development Scientist at Vitalus Nutrition Inc, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wageningen University & Research and The University of British Columbia. Isabelle has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where Isabelle was involved in undergraduate courses related to food and nutrition.
