Isabelle Lacroix

Isabelle Lacroix, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the food science industry, with a focus on identifying and characterizing bioactive peptides derived from dietary proteins. Isabelle has held positions as a Food Scientist at Nourish Ingredients, a Research and Development Scientist at Vitalus Nutrition Inc, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wageningen University & Research and The University of British Columbia. Isabelle has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where Isabelle was involved in undergraduate courses related to food and nutrition. Additionally, Isabelle has interned at Agropur and Université Laval, gaining research experience in dairy product development and cyclic acids formation.
