Ana Real

Ana Real has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Ana started their career as a Trainee at Whirlpool Corporation, where they supported the Human Resources Manager in talent acquisition and training processes. Ana then moved on to Ericsson, where they worked on a training and development project. At Nestle, Ana served as an HR Coordinator and later became an HR Leader, providing consulting services for the company's pension plan. Ana joined GE Water & Process Technologies as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for 600 employees in Brazil and Mexico. At SUEZ, they led a cultural integration project between GE and Suez for Latin America. Ana then joined Samsung Brasil as a Senior Human Resources Manager, reporting directly to the Senior HR Director. Currently, they are Vice President of HR for Global Supply Chain and LATAM at Nouryon, leading teams in LATAM and the Global Supply Chain HR team across 57 plants worldwide.

Ana Real has a diverse education history. Ana obtained a Degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in 2001. Ana then pursued further education by completing an MBA in International Development and Management of People from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2003, followed by an Executive MBA in Business Management from Ibmec in the same year. In 2007, they completed a Specialization Program in Training Coaching from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a Specialization in Coaching from FIA Business School. Additionally, Ana has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Executive Coaching from LHH in 2019, Master Coach Program from SAMSUNG SDS KOREA in 2019, and Leadership in Personal Relationships and PRL - Personal Relation Leadership from GE in 2013. Ana also completed a Leadership Development Course and received the Leader of Nikita Project award from Nestlé in 2012 and 2003, respectively.
