Fernando Henrique Colombo

Fernando Henrique Colombo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the chemical industry. Fernando Henrique is currently the Vice President of Operation / Integrated Supply Chain Americas at Nouryon, where they oversee a large manufacturing footprint across the Americas. Fernando Henrique is responsible for managing 25+ manufacturing plants/sites serving diverse business segments. Prior to this, Colombo worked at Clariant, where they held various positions, including VP of Operations North America, Head of Operations Mexico, Head of Production & Technology, Process Improvement & QA Manager, Process Engineer Senior, Shift Leader, and Production Engineer. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain, logistics, EHS & sustainability, project management, and process improvement. Fernando Henrique has also been involved in major projects and mergers & acquisitions processes. Colombo has extensive experience in managing manufacturing sites, leading teams, and driving innovation and improvement initiatives. Fernando Henrique has demonstrated a strong track record of enhancing gross margins and raising operational standards within the organizations they have worked for. Additionally, they have been actively involved in technology innovation projects and has played a key role in the implementation of Clariant Production System (CPS) within South America.

Fernando Henrique Colombo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, studying from 1997 to 2001. In 1995 to 1998, they also received a Technition degree in Food Technology and Processing from ETE. Additionally, Fernando received a Black Belt - Lean Sigma certification from TÜV Germany in 2010.
