Jeske Luijendijk

Jeske Luijendijk has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they have been working at Nouryon as the HR Services Lead Europe since 2022. Prior to that, they held a role at Compass Group as the National Manager People Services & Systems, where they were responsible for improving the employee experience and advancing the company's reputation. They also have experience at Sydney Trains, where they served as the Principal Manager HR Programs & Policy and implemented strategic HR projects. Jeske Luijendijk was previously a Transition Lead for the SAP HR implementation project at Legal Aid, and an ERP HR Transition Manager at Transport Sydney Trains. They have also worked in HR roles at NSW Department of Education and Communities, Ausgrid, NRMA, and Morgenwerk.

Jeske Luijendijk earned a Master of Science degree in International Business from Maastricht University, completing the program between 1997 and 2003. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1997, Jeske attended St janscollege, where they obtained a vwo degree.
