Katherine Rahill

Katherine Rahill has extensive work experience in the legal field, specifically in health, safety, and environment (HSE) policy and regulatory affairs. Katherine currently holds the position of Vice President Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Policy and Deputy General Counsel at Nouryon, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as Assistant General Counsel, HSE and Regulatory Affairs at Nouryon from April 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Nouryon, Rahill worked at AkzoNobel, where they held the position of Director, Legal - Global Health, Safety and Environment & Regulatory Affairs from April 2016 to October 2018. Katherine also served as Senior Legal Counsel - Health, Safety, and Environment at AkzoNobel from February 2013 to April 2016. Rahill's career began at Jenner & Block, where they worked as an Associate Attorney from September 2005 to December 2010, before later becoming a Partner from January 2011 to January 2013. Katherine also served as an Associate Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP from 2002 to 2005.

Katherine Rahill received their J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Northwestern University from 1995 to 1999, earning a B.A. degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Political Science.
