Lynne Sprinkle

Lynne Sprinkle has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lynne currently holds the position of VP, Total Rewards, Global HR Processes & Technology, and HR North America at Nouryon since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Performance Formulations & Global Total Rewards Leaders of Nouryon, starting in April 2022. In 2021, Lynne served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Performance Formulations at Nouryon and as a Human Resources Executive Consultant.

Before their time at Nouryon, Lynne worked at Axalta Coating Systems from 2017 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Lynne managed an international team and focused on delivering business solutions for a coatings technology company. Additionally, they served as the VP of Human Resources & Total Rewards.

From 2016 to 2017, Lynne worked at Ashland Inc as the Global Total Rewards Leader, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of total rewards programs across multiple countries. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Global Compensation at Ashland Inc from 2013 to 2016, where they directed global compensation and executive compensation and benefits practices.

Lynne also has experience working at Greene, Tweed & Co as a Human Resource Leader and Shared Services Leader, and at Basell as a Manager of Compensation and Strategic Projects, Compensation, HRIS & Expatriation Manager, HRIS Manager, and Assistant HR Manager. Lynne began their career at Kraft Foods Group as a Human Resources Supervisor.

With their extensive experience in various HR roles, Lynne Sprinkle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position at Nouryon.

Lynne Sprinkle earned a Bachelor's degree in ILR from the State University of New York, completing their education between 1986 and 1990.
