Katie Ryan

Katie Ryan is an experienced HR professional with a solid track record in various roles within the people operations field. Currently serving as Head of People Experience at Nous Group since May 2017, Katie has previously held positions such as People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Katie worked at Clayton Utz as a People and Development Consultant and began a career at Hatch where roles included Human Resources Advisor, Officer, and Coordinator. Throughout this career, Katie has demonstrated expertise in providing HR advice, supporting business needs, and enhancing HR functions. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Queensland.
