Mahesh Chinnaswamy has extensive work experience in the field of information technology consulting and project management. Mahesh has held various leadership roles in different companies.

From 2023 to the present, Mahesh has been working as the Vice President of Customer Success & Delivery at Nous Infosystems. In this role, they collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and aligns the team's focus to deliver the best solutions. Mahesh also identifies gaps within the team and provides necessary training to meet client project requirements.

Prior to Nous Infosystems, Mahesh worked at MapleLabs as an Information Technology Consultant from 2021. Mahesh was responsible for program management, implementation, and delivery of an APM (Application Performance Management) product. Mahesh worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and converted gaps into delivery stories for a global team to implement, test, and deliver. Mahesh also served as the point person for ensuring customer delivery success.

From 2019 to 2020, Mahesh served as the Chief Technology Officer at HoloSuit Pte Ltd. Mahesh headed a team of technology experts in the fields of AR, VR, XR, Robotics, AI, and ML. In this role, they implemented cutting-edge technology solutions in various industry verticals such as education, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, defense, and entertainment. Mahesh also worked closely with clients to customize solutions using the company's proprietary suit.

Prior to that, Mahesh worked as the Vice President at Qwinix Technologies from 2015 to 2019. Mahesh led and managed the Indian Development and Delivery Center, designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining applications for global clients. Mahesh followed lean agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Before Qwinix Technologies, Mahesh worked at RouteOne as a Senior Interface Manager from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining technical relationships between RouteOne and its partners/customers. Mahesh also worked on partner integration, interface design/specifications, troubleshooting, and project/product communication.

From 2011 to 2013, Mahesh worked at Bank of America as an SAP Technical Lead/Manager. Mahesh worked on the eLedger Project, which involved developing and maintaining a federated portal network with BI producer portals and consumer portals. Mahesh utilized visual composer for designing user-friendly applications integrated with BI queries.

Lastly, from 2008 to 2011, Mahesh worked as a Principal Technical Consultant/Manager at Perot Systems. Mahesh managed a team in the blueprinting, design, development, and implementation of a custom Enterprise Portal (EP). Mahesh integrated backend ECC, BW, and GRC systems to deliver end-user content from a single secured point. Mahesh also played a key role in project management, including planning, financial management, staffing, communication, and scope management.

Mahesh Chinnaswamy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar Institutions between 1988 and 1992. Mahesh also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Bangalore University during the same time period.
