Carrie Reid is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in global benefits management and compensation analysis. Currently serving as the Global Benefits Lead at NOV since October 2021, Carrie previously held the position of Benefits Analyst for the Middle East & Africa within the same company from August 2010 to September 2015. Prior to NOV, Carrie's career included a significant role at Mercer as the Head of Group Risk Administration from November 2005 to January 2010, showcasing a strong background in administration and strategic management of employee benefits.
