Katie Archer

Katie Archer has over 20 years of experience in benefits management and strategy. Katie'smost recent role was as the Lead, Global Benefits at Organon since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Health and Welfare Benefits Design, Planning, and Analysis at The Hartford from May 2018 to September 2022. From 2013 to 2018, Katie held various positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including Director of Global Benefits and Associate Director of Benefits. Katie was also the Benefits Director at International SOS from 2011 to 2013. Katie started their career at Goldman Sachs as a Benefits, Strategy, and Project Management Associate, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. Katie also had roles at Aon Hewitt and Mellon HR Solutions earlier in their career.

Katie Archer attended Susquehanna University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance.
