Michael Martin

Michael Martin has a strong background in compensation, benefits, and rewards management. Michael started their career at Halliburton Company as a Senior Global Pension Consultant, where they managed the delivery and administration of retirement plans. Michael also developed and implemented new benefit programs and managed non-discrimination testing and government filings for the plans. At Unocal Corporation, they served as the Retirement & Subsidiary Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager, overseeing support for retirement plans and providing analysis and recommendations to the Benefits Plan Committee and Board of Directors. Michael has also held senior roles at Ascend Performance Materials, Dynegy Inc, Motiva Enterprises LLC, BJ Services, MRC Global, and Wood.
