Jason Worms

Jason Worms, CPC, QKC, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and team leadership within the retirement services industry. Currently serving as Team Leader/Consultant at Nova 401(k) Associates since October 2015, Jason oversees multiple teams, specializing in training staff to become compliance experts. Jason also leads automation initiatives and manages MEP compliance work. In addition to this, Jason holds the position of Vice President of Customer Service at Qualified Trust Company, where responsibilities include implementing solutions for terminated participant distributions and ensuring data security. Previous roles include Compliance Manager Team Lead at Transamerica Retirement Solutions and Team Manager at Ameritas, among others. Jason earned an MBA from Thomas More University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from Albion College.
