We seek to develop trust, mutual respect, communication, and accountability in all aspects of our work. Our commitment to social responsibility also includes encouraging the participation of diverse members in our programs and giving back to our community through meaningful service opportunities. In essence, social responsibility is the key to unlocking a better tomorrow and is a pivotal component to creating a more equitable and just society.

We believe integrity is paramount. We firmly believe in treating everyone with respect and fairness, while upholding the highest moral standards. Honesty and ethical behavior are at the core of all our activities, whether we are coaching players or conducting fundraising for our programs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of dishonesty or unethical conduct. We firmly believe that integrity is not just important to our organization, but it is a vital ingredient for team success.

Competition is a fundamental principle that propels us forward. It entails pursuing excellence & giving our utmost every day. We are driven to compete with ourselves, constantly seeking to surpass yesterday's achievements, & with others, as we strive to accomplish our objectives. Additionally, competition encompasses resilience in the face of adversity, persisting in working diligently even when outcomes diverge from our expectations.
