Sophie Gray

Sophie Gray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sophie currently works at Nova Education Trust as the Head of People, a role they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at the same company starting from November 2020. Sophie also served as the HR Manager at Nova Education Trust from October 2018.
