Emma M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Emma started their career as a Senior Audio Engineer and Voice Over Artist at Messages On Hold. Emma then worked as a WA Network Commercial Producer, Casual Announcer, and Voice Over Artist at HOT FM WA. Emma M. later joined GWN7 as a Writer/Producer for the state-wide children's television program and also worked as a Creative Writer/Producer for GWN's commercials. Emma then joined Captivate On Hold as a Creative Writer, Account Manager, and Voice Over Artist.

Emma M. further expanded their career in the radio industry, starting with roles at ARN as an Announcer, Music Director, Operations, and Voice Over Artist for Hobart's 7HOFM, Chilli 90.1, and other stations. Prior to this, they obtained an Industry Certificate in Radio Content, Management, and Leadership from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, though the specific dates are unknown. Emma also completed a Certificate IV in Broadcast Presentation at North Metropolitan TAFE, the year of which is unspecified.

In terms of additional certifications, Emma received a Statement of Attainment in providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, basic emergency life support, and First Aid from Vital First Aid in 2022.
