Rochelle Emma Hawes has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rochelle Emma currently holds the role of Campaign Delivery Group Manager at NOVA Entertainment, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Marketer under their own company, Rochelle Hawes, from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before their freelance work, Rochelle worked as a Gardener at Bates Landscape from October 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for maintaining and detailing green spaces, including seasonal gardens, pruning, trimming, and pest control.

Rochelle Emma also worked as a Collections Officer from March 2006 to August 2007, focusing on commercial collections and negotiation skills development.

Rochelle's first role was as an Accounts Receivable Officer at Tradingpost Group Ltd from June 2004 to March 2006, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and payment processing.

Rochelle Emma Hawes has a Certificate III in Financial Services from the Australian College Of Commerce & Management - RTO Code 1441, which was obtained in 2009. Rochelle Emma also completed a course in Marketing Principles at APM College of Business and Communication in 2014. In 2016, they received training as a Trained Content Assessor (TCA) from the Australian Government, Department of Communications and the Arts. Additionally, they completed a Pathway to Leadership program in 2018 and a Change Management program at the Australian Institute of Management in 2019.
