Gabriella Reccia

Gabriella Reccia is the Director Legal Department at Nova Marine Carriers. Gabriella has worked in the legal field for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in maritime law and transport law. Gabriella has advised clients in both the negotiation and litigation phases of their cases, and has represented them in court proceedings and arbitrations. Gabriella has also assisted clients with the purchase and sale of vessels, the financing of maritime projects, and the registration of vessels in foreign countries.

Gabriella Reccia has a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law from the Lloyds Maritime Academy - London Metropolitan University, a Diploma in Mediation of Civil and Commercial Disputes from the Istituto Superiore Studi Giuridici - Associazione Italiana Mediazione Arbitrato e Conciliazione, a Laurea Magistrale in Jurisprudence from the Università degli Studi di Napoli "Federico II", and a Diploma in Classical Maturity from the Istituto Pontano.
