Amber MacLean-Hawes

Amber MacLean-Hawes is currently the Manager in Public Health Northern Zone at Nova Scotia Health Authority. Amber has a background in emergency management, climate action, health promotion, and research. Amber has experience working with various organizations such as The Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq, Clean Foundation, and Dalhousie University. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Chemistry from Dalhousie University. Amber is focused on implementing recommendations from the Mass Casualty Commissions and advocating for health equity.
