Cyrus Kazemi

Cyrus Kazemi is a dedicated physiotherapy professional currently serving as a Physiotherapy Resident at Nova Scotia Health Authority since December 2020. Prior to this role, Cyrus completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen's University, where significant clinical experience was gained through various student placements in acute care, long-term care, geriatric rehabilitation, and private practice settings, totaling extensive hours across multiple facilities. Cyrus also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Laurentian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. In addition to academic pursuits, Cyrus contributed to concussion awareness as an Executive Team Member of 'Team Up Against Concussions,' served as a Student Athletic Trainer for varsity basketball, and demonstrated leadership as President of Exercise Is Medicine on campus. Early experience includes a role as Senior Programmer and Tuck Shop Assistant Manager at Red Pine Camp Inc., managing activities for children and supervising junior staff.
