Peng Ryan Wells

Ryan Wells, PEng, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Inventory Control and Analytics at Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation since October 2011, overseeing all aspects of inventory management within the Distribution Centre and leading a diverse team to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles at Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation included Inventory Control and Analytics Supervisor and Inventory Analyst, where Ryan focused on process standardization, analytics, and inventory accuracy. Prior experience includes positions as Process Improvement Engineer at Irving Shipbuilding, Industrial Engineer Consultant at IWK Health Centre, and various engineering roles at Dalhousie University, Sobeys, and Capital District Health Authority. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University (2003-2008) and has been recognized for contributions to process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
