Wail Mokhtar

Wail Mokhtar is an accomplished geotechnical professional with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Geotechnical Services at NOVA Services since February 2014, Wail manages the Geotechnical Department at the San Diego office. Prior to this role, Wail held the position of Commercial Sales Manager at EagleLIFT, Inc., where responsibilities included developing client portfolios and negotiating significant commercial contracts. Wail's engineering background includes positions as a Geotechnical Engineer at both Christian Wheeler Engineering and Kleinfelder, where project proposal preparation and site investigations were key duties. Wail's early career began as a Project Manager at YEMYEM Inc., overseeing the construction of a notable candy factory project. Wail holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from City, University of London, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
