Claudia A. Serna

Claudia A. Serna, PhD, DDS, MPH, MBA, serves as an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Public Health at Nova Southeastern University, where Claudia A. has been since January 2018. In addition, Claudia is the Director of the Master of Public Health (MPH) program. Her past experience includes roles as Webmaster, Newsletter Editor, and Social Media Coordinator for the American Association of Public Health Dentistry from 2015 to 2023 and as a Consultant for the American Dental Association from 2015 to 2022. Claudia has also held positions at A.T. Still University, the University of Florida, and the Santa Fe Group Org. Claudia's educational credentials include a PhD in Public Health from Florida International University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and an Advanced Education Program in Dental Public Health from New York University, as well as a DDS from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
