Johannes Vieweg

Johannes Vieweg, M.D., FACS, serves as the Founding Dean and Chief Academic Officer at the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine, Nova Southeastern University. Previously, Johannes Vieweg held the role of Senior Scientific and Technology Advisor as a Jefferson Science Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences. Additionally, Johannes Vieweg was a Professor of Urology and Huizenga Endowed Research Scholar Chair at the University of Florida, where Johannes also served as the founding chairman of the Department of Urology and held the position of Vice President. Johannes Vieweg's early career included an appointment as an Associate Professor of Urology with Tenure at Duke University Health System and a significant role as Chair of the Research Council at the American Urological Association.
