Michelle Gilders

Michelle Gilders, M.A. (Oxon), PBiol, RPBio, EP (EM), serves as the Environmental and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Nova Sustainable Fuels, driving innovative solutions for the climate crisis through sustainable fuel technologies. With extensive experience in environmental consulting and regulatory affairs, Michelle previously held similar roles at Simply Blue Group, focusing on offshore wind and renewable efuels, and operated Michelle Gilders' Consulting, providing strategic environmental insights. Past positions include Regulatory & Environmental Lead for Chevron and Venture Environmental Manager for BG Group, where Michelle contributed to LNG project development. An extensive career at LGL Limited and BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc. involved senior environmental support and program oversight across various global projects. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Pure and Applied Biology from the University of Oxford.
