Alicia Ramos

Alicia Ramos has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alicia currently serves as a Senior Accountant at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals since December 2021. Prior to this, Alicia worked at EY, starting as an Assurance Staff from September 2017 until October 2020 and then transitioning to an Assurance Senior until December 2021.

In terms of their extracurricular involvement, Alicia held leadership positions at ALPFA at SF State. In 2016, they served as the President of the organization. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of Fundraising, where they successfully managed three fundraising events and increased the funds raised by 60% compared to the previous semester. Alicia also served as the Director of Membership and Recruitment in early 2015, where they promoted ALPFA and implemented procedures to enhance membership recruitment.

Additionally, Alicia gained experience as an FSO Launch Intern at EY in 2015 and as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant at SFSU, where they worked as a Tax Preparer in early 2015. Lastly, at ALPFA at SF State in 2014, Alicia served as the Secretary, where they organized meetings, kept detailed notes, and coordinated a fundraising event for a scholarship benefiting AB540 and undocumented students at San Francisco State University.

Alicia Ramos obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, where they attended from 2012 to 2017.
