Steve Scialabba

Steve Scialabba has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve began their career as an Assistant General Manager for The Connecticut Pride, where they managed the operations of a professional basketball team. Steve then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Hospital Sales Representative for Roche.

Steve's career in the pharmaceutical industry continued with their role as a Sales Representative for Alcon Laboratories, Inc. During their time there, they managed a team of direct sales representatives and achieved numerous accolades, such as exceeding district quotas and receiving recognition for excellence in leadership.

After their tenure at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., Steve worked as a District Manager for iScreen Vision and an Area Sales Director for Hoya Vision Care. In these roles, they managed teams of sales representatives and oversaw sales operations in different regions.

Steve's experience in the pharmaceutical industry also includes their positions at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals and SUN PHARMA. At NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, they served as a Director of Sales and later as a Regional Sales Manager. Similarly, at SUN PHARMA, they held the position of Senior Regional Sales Manager.

Most recently, Steve worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Signature Home Buyers, where they collaborated with the CEO to oversee daily operations and managed multiple department heads and supervisors. Steve was responsible for financial reporting and the attainment of key performance indicators.

Currently, Steve is serving as a Regional Sales Director for NovaBay Pharmaceuticals.

Steve Scialabba attended the University of Hartford and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Sports Marketing. Steve then enrolled at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting for an unspecified period of time. Finally, they attended Adelphi University where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Phys. Ed-Sports Management.
