David Zinni

David Zinni is an experienced civil engineer and disaster recovery manager with a strong background in FEMA projects and various engineering roles. Currently serving as the Disaster Recovery Manager at NOVACES since May 2023, David previously held positions including Civil Engineer at Jacobs, where responsibilities focused on FEMA Public Assistance from April 2019 to July 2023, and as a Civil Engineer at SOL Engineering Services, LLC. David has also contributed to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as both a Survey Technician and Transportation Construction Inspector. Early career experiences include owning D-Z Divers, LLC, and working as a Coastal Engineer at Coastal Planning & Engineering, Inc. David's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and additional studies at Florida Atlantic University.
