Benjamin Medina

Benjamin Medina, Ph.D., has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as CEO of Novafoods S.A. since May 1993. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Technical Services Manager at PepsiCo from September 1989 to March 1993 and worked as an Assistant Professor of Food Engineering at the University of Alberta from May 1988 to May 1989. Benjamin's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from Texas A&M University (1988), an MSc in Food Processing from the University of Alberta (1985), and an Engineering degree in Food Processing from Universidad de Chile (1981).
