Phien Nguyen

Phien Nguyen has a strong background in finance and investment. From 2015 to the present, they have served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Finance and Investment at NOVAGROUP. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Corporate Finance at the same company. Before joining NOVAGROUP, Phien worked as an Investment Manager at Vietnam Oman Investment from 2013 to 2015 and as an Investment/Finance Associate Director at Vingroup JSC from 2010 to 2013. They also gained experience as a Senior Analyst at the State Capital Investment Corporation from 2006 to 2010 and as an Investment Professional at Temasek in 2007. Phien started their career as a Research Analyst at the United Nations from 2005 to 2006.

Phien Nguyen completed their education at the Foreign Language Specialised School from 1996 to 1999. They then attended the Foreign Trade University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BSc in International Business and Economics. Following this, Phien pursued an MSc in Finance and Banking at the London Metropolitan University from 2003 to 2004. Lastly, they completed an MSc in International Business Management at the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2005.
