Ben-Zion Pafta

Ben-Zion Pafta has extensive experience in the field of people analytics and HR information systems. Ben-Zion served as a People Analytics Lead at Nova Ltd from February 2022. In this role, they developed and implemented the company's people analytics strategy, conducted data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and designed HR dashboards to track KPIs and metrics.

Prior to this, Ben-Zion worked as a Sr. Business Analyst & IT Project Manager at Nova Ltd from December 2017 to January 2022. Ben-Zion was responsible for translating HR business objectives into system requirements and collaborating with HR headquarters to promote data-driven decisions.

Before joining Nova Ltd, Ben-Zion served in the Israeli Defense Forces from September 2011 to August 2017. Ben-Zion held the role of Information Technology Project Manager, where they led the strategic immigration plan to ERP in HR fields. Ben-Zion also worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, maintaining the organizational HR policy and supporting senior HR stakeholders in enhancing HR business performance.

Throughout their work experience, Ben-Zion has demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent management, data analysis, system requirements, and HR information systems.

Ben-Zion Pafta completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technologies, Data Science & Business Analytics from Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2011.
