Amanda Meglathery

Amanda Meglathery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Managing Director of Strategy & Operations in the Office of the CIO at Novant Health. Amanda has held various strategic roles at Accenture, including Strategic Program & Operations Executive Manager for both Ventures & Acquisitions in Industry X and the Office of the CEO & Chair, as well as Operations & Growth, Communications, & Advisory Manager. Prior to Accenture, Amanda served as Program Director at Grant Thornton LLP and Change Management Manager at the U.S. Coast Guard, in addition to holding the position of Director of Organizational Development at ProSphere. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government and a degree in Political Science and International Studies, Spanish, and Women's Studies from Stephens College.
