Jill Mabry

Jill Mabry serves as Vice President of Patient Experience at Novant Health since January 2023. Previously, from February 2018 to January 2023, Jill held multiple roles, including Managing Director and Patient Experience Advisor, at Press Ganey. Jill also spent over five years at Carolinas HealthCare System, culminating in the role of Director of Patient Experience, where responsibilities included managing a team and driving patient experience initiatives, promoting collaboration across the organization, and improving clinical operations and customer service. Jill's career in healthcare service excellence began at Carolinas Healthcare System, where roles evolved from Service Excellence Specialist to Service Excellence Manager. Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on Interpersonal and Organizational from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
