Anna Fain

Ms. Fain joined Novanta [Nasdaq: NOVT] in May 2021 as Vice President of Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and learning and development within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Novanta, she served in global leadership roles at AstraZeneca [Nasdaq: AZN], a biopharmaceutical company. She was responsible for designing and developing leadership development and learning & development strategies. Ms. Fain also served as the Senior Director, Healthcare Leadership Academy at the Advisory Board Company and served as a coach and advisor to its membership. Before that, she served as a commercial leader for Novartis Pharmaceuticals [NYSE: NVS] where she held multiple sales and marketing leadership roles with increasing responsibilities and in key account management roles.

Ms. Fain holds a B.A. from Kent State University, and an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business. Additionally, Ms. Fain served as adjunct faculty at The Johns Hopkins University, School of Nursing. She holds multiple certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
