Harish Sharma

Harish Sharma has a diverse work experience. Harish currently works at Novartis as a Sr Principal Clinical Data Scientist and Senior Principal Quality & Compliance Lead. Prior to joining Novartis, Harish worked at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as a Principal Clinical Data Manager and Senior Clinical Data Manager. Harish also worked at Wincere Inc. as a Senior Consultant-CDM. Before that, they were employed at Max Neeman Medical International as an Assistant Data Manager and at Max Neeman International as a Senior Validation Associate. Harish started their career as a Process Chemist at MOSER BAER (I) LTD. Throughout their career, Harish has gained expertise in managing clinical data, ensuring data quality, and providing protocol and CRF training.

Harish Sharma completed a PG Diploma in Clinical Data Management with a focus on Oracle Clinical at the Institute of Clinical Research in India from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University between 1999 and 2001. Harish also holds a B.Sc in Biology from Agra College Agra, which they earned from 1994 to 1997.
