Paritosh Kumar

Paritosh Kumar has a diverse range of work experience, starting from their time at D. E. Shaw & Co. as an Associate from 2008 to 2010. Paritosh then worked at Teach for India as a Fellow from 2010 to 2012, where they developed skills in leadership and education. Following this, Paritosh joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from 2012 to 2013, gaining experience in structured thinking, communication, and strategy. Paritosh then worked at BCG - Digital Ventures and an Israeli venture capital firm as a Summer Consultant and Summer Investment Associate, respectively, in 2015. In 2016, Paritosh joined Amazon as a Senior Product Manager - Technical, where they played a crucial role in the development and launch of new products and partnerships. Paritosh later joined Twitch in 2018 as a Product Lead and then Garten in 2019 as Head of Product. Finally, Paritosh co-founded Frazier Inc. in 2021, serving as the CEO until 2023, when they joined Plateron as the Head of Product and Design.

Paritosh Kumar received a BBA degree in Finance, Economics, and Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (UG) in the years 2005 to 2008. Paritosh then pursued an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2014 to 2016.
