Francesca Whitcomb

Francesca Whitcomb has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Francesca is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at Novato Unified School District since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Healdsburg Unified School District from 2015 to 2022. Francesca also worked at San Rafael City Schools as an HR Executive Assistant from 2008 to 2015, where they provided administrative support and maintained positive relationships with staff, parents, and community members. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Novato Unified School District from 2006 to 2008, providing clerical support and coordinating calendars. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Coordinator at Lu Sutton Elementary from 2000 to 2006, where they were responsible for budget monitoring, clerical support, and acting as a liaison between the school and the District Office.

Francesca Whitcomb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Dominican University of California, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. Francesca also obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in November 2020.
