Kimberly Diaz

Kimberly Diaz has over 25 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Kimberly is currently the Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Novavax Inc. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of CorePerformX Advisory Group. Kimberly also worked at MedImmune, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Sales Force Effectiveness and Senior Director of Sales Operations. Before that, they worked at JDS Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, and at Eyetech Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Sales Operations. Kimberly began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various roles in sales and operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Account Representative at Dental Benefit Providers.

Kimberly Diaz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration with a minor in Business from James Madison University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Prior to their university education, they attended WT Woodson from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Diaz has obtained several certifications including Certified TDS Advanced Practitioner - Team Coaching from Team Diagnostic Survey Level 2 in 2019, Women's Business Enterprise from WBENC in 2013, and ACC from ICF - International Coach Federation in 2013.
