Viviana Marelle Pagán-Muñiz has held various roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked at W3 Digital Agency as the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, where they established the Digital Marketing and Social Media division and managed client relationships and a team of professionals. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Digital Marketing Advisor for Latin America at SOS Children's Villages, supporting fundraising and increasing awareness for the organization in the region.
