Amanda Daedelow

Amanda Daedelow has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Amanda'smost recent position was as an HR Process Excellence & Project Lead at Novelis, where they oversaw projects supporting HR objectives and strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Embrace Pet Insurance, managing HR operations for 250 employees. Amanda also gained experience as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Rockwell Automation and as an HR Generalist at Aleris, where they provided HR support and implemented programs to improve employee engagement. Amanda also held various roles at Aleris, including Talent Acquisition Analyst and Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as an HR Coordinator at Parker Hannifin and as a Corporate Payroll and Benefits Intern at Olympic Steel. Amanda started their career as a Training Intern at ERC, where they supported event promotion and conducted research on attendee patterns.

Amanda Daedelow obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Business Management from John Carroll University in the years 2011-2015. Amanda later pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Cleveland State University in the years 2017-2019.
