Cary Chenanda

Cary Chenanda is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and President of North America at Novelis since April 2024, Cary also holds a position as Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Helios Technologies, Inc., with a focus on the Compensation and ESG committee. Prior to these roles, Cary dedicated over 26 years at Cummins Inc., advancing through various leadership positions including Vice President and General Manager of Cummins Emission Solutions and Cummins Electronics & Fuel Systems. Cary's career began at WIDIA Products Group and Bosch, with early roles in engineering and product development. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore.
