Diane Muha

Diane Muha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane is currently working at Novelis, where they hold the role of Human Resource Lead since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Novelis from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Novelis, Diane worked at Aleris as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CHRO from December 2016 to October 2021. Additionally, they have worked at Power & Signal Group for over two decades, starting in 1994 as an Executive Admin / ISO Coordinator, and continuing until 2016.

At the beginning of their career, Diane Muha held the role of Administrative / HR Coordinator at Worthington Precision Metals from 1990 to 1994. Overall, Diane has accumulated extensive experience in executive administration, human resources, and coordination roles throughout their career.

Diane Muha has studied Business Management at Lakeland Community College. Diane has also obtained certifications as a Certified Blackbelt and an ISO Lead Auditor.
