Dr. Lucia Görke

Dr. Lucia Görke currently serves as the Global Head of People Analytics at Novelis since September 2022 and holds a position as Executive Teaching & Lecturer in People Analytics and Leadership at Universität St.Gallen from October 2020. Previously, Dr. Görke was with Nestlé from August 2019 to September 2022, where the focus was on People Analytics, specifically as a Senior People Data Specialist and Employee Experience Lead. Dr. Görke completed a PhD at Universität Konstanz between October 2014 and July 2019, emphasizing data analyses and experimental research methods, and initiated a research collaboration with a Swiss financial services company. Early career experience includes various IT-HR positions at Allianz and a research assistant role at the Hanns Seidel Foundation. Education credentials include studies at New York University, Stellenbosch University, and the University of Konstanz.
